Terms and Conditions

Samfunn is an AI-assisted educational tool designed to help users practise for Norwegian social studies and citizenship tests. It is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by HK-dir, IMDi, UDI, NAV or any Norwegian public authority. Use of the App does not guarantee passing an exam. Official formats, content and requirements may change.

Questions, explanations, translations, feedback and learning insights may be fully or partly generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and is provided as learning support rather than official advice.

If translated versions differ, the English version of these Terms prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Access is personal and may not be resold or shared as a paid service.

You must not bypass payment or usage limits, disrupt the service, probe security without permission, distribute malware, use the App unlawfully or access another person's data.

Learning outcomes depend on individual effort and use. The App must not be relied on for official, legal, immigration or governmental decisions and is intended as a supplementary learning tool.

Prices, billing periods and available trial terms are shown before purchase. In-app purchases, renewals, refunds and chargebacks are handled by the app store used for the purchase and are also subject to that store's terms.

Subscriptions renew as described at purchase until cancelled through the relevant app-store account. Uninstalling the App or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.

A subscription provides access to content and features; it does not guarantee a specific exam or learning result. Refund requests are handled under the relevant app-store rules and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

The App may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or technical incidents. We may proportionately restrict or terminate access where necessary for material misuse, security threats, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms.

The software, brand and learning materials belong to Kalirox AS or its licensors. Your access is limited, personal and non-exclusive. Content may not be copied, redistributed, sold or used to train external AI models without written permission, except where mandatory law allows it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalirox AS is not liable for exam failure, loss of opportunity or decisions made solely on AI-generated or educational content. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account in the App or use the external deletion instructions on this website. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Norwegian law applies without removing mandatory protection in the country where a consumer normally lives. Questions can be sent to samfunn@norskmentor.no.
